General video changes
One round of edit changes is provided to clients on the first video review. The client shall pay additional charges of $165/hour for extra edit time for any additional changes requested thereafter. 

Talent Release Forms
The client is responsible for obtaining the approval of any person to be filmed, unless organised with 100 Proof Films to carry out this task.

Cancellations
If a client wished to cancel a confirmed booking, they must provide 100 Proof Films 5 business days’ notice in writing. A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the production quote will be charged for failure to provide sufficient notice.

100 Proof Films cancellations
In certain circumstances, 100 Proof may be required to cancel a confirmed booking and will contact the client to reschedule. In the event of technical breakdown resulting in loss of footage or inability to complete the recording, 100 Proof may reschedule the production shoot or refund the fee paid by the client. The client agrees to not submit any damage claims.

Force majeure
If cancellation and / or loss of footage occurs because of anything outside of the reasonable control of the parties (eg. force majeure, inclement weather, death, illness, criminal activity), neither party shall have a claim against the other.

Raw Footage
The client acknowledges raw footage is owned by 100 Proof. Raw footage may be purchased by the client at the discretion of 100 Proof for an additional fee.
